error when updating a RITM manually

When i attempt to update a RITM manually.  I get the following error message.

oluseyiasol_0-1787330469230.png

There is an existing flow that will set the state of the RITM to closed complete or Closed incomplete based on 2 approvals.   There is no update record action to set the assignment group field based on the requirements.   And those fields mentioned in the error message are populated.   The user acknowledgement is a check box, and it was checked.  Any thoughts on where to look?

Hi @oluseyiasol,

These seems like it on the RITM variables which are mandatory and not filled, have you checked this?

based on the initial requirement the flow has two approvals and sets the state of the RITM based on the outcome of the approvals.    There is no requirement to set the Assignment group. it works fine if it goes through the flow, the problem happens when a user tries to update the RITM manually.   And the 2nd variable is a mandatory checkbox  when submitting the related catalog item
