How to create a scripted rest api to create change request

I am raising a change request using scripted rest api which raises change whoever it does not put configuration item, which is always blank. Please help me with script

CI is reference field, is the same name exits? Share somescreen shot.

how are you providing the CI?
are you giving the CI sysId or display value?
