How to get ServiceNow data into SQL

We are exploring methods to export all incident table records from ServiceNow to SQL for reporting.  We have over 150000 records within ServiceNow system.

Please let me know what's the best way to do it without using any third party plugins. So that I can provide the steps to reporting team.
