Incidents Cause by change

Hi team,

 

We have integrated this ServiceNow into our product. We have a template in our platform, using which we will create a ticket in ServiceNow.

While creating a ticket, I have opted for the field cause by the change and submitted. cause by change field value that I have chosen is not listed on the ServiceNow side.

Help me, what am I missing here.
