Installing IRM on Brazil PDI not working this time

Hi everyone,
I recently updgraded my PDI from Australia to Brazil and then wanted to upgrade the IRM plugins. However i got the following error:

Alert level: critical. • Recommendation template Application Installation blocked

I then tried a fresh Brazil PDI and had the same issue. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution? Already had a look at the Why your install failed in Application Manager... and how to fix it post but that unfortunatley didn't help. Any ideas welcome.

I would wait until ServiceNow addresses this and also keep an eye on this thread by subscribing.

If this is urgent, please get a fresh Australia PDI and install or update to the latest IRM plugins.
