Hi Team,
My Usecase is When ever request is getting submitted in Succcess Factor for consultant Onboarding,
I will to have that details in the form of RITM here in the servicenow.
but can anyone tell me what should be my approach and how should I get started and what steps I need to perform here?
I need to pull the data Success Factor aren't going to post it here

It starts with: do you already have an integration with Success Factor or not? Because if you do, you can work from there. If you don't you need to first set it up.
You also need to think about how you are going to set this up. How often do you want the pull to take place (I really feel like it should be a push, since the trigger is in SF). Do you want it once a day, once a week, or 10 times an hour?
Do you also need to give anything back to SF, or is it just a task to be handled in ServiceNow and that's just it?
