We need to integrate files from an old legacy system via FTP.
To do this, we attempted to configure a data source in IntegrationHub and import the file.
However, since the FTP server requires PASV (passive) mode communication, we encountered an issue where the data connection could not be redirected to the data port.
It seems like outbound firewall policies are blocking the necessary data ports.
In this case, is setting up a MID server the only viable solution?
Is there any out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality in ServiceNow that can handle PASV mode FTP transfers without requiring a MID server?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
