Product Catalog API (sn_tmf_api): Not found

I'm trying to use the Product Catalog API, but I don't think I set it up correctly. Usually when using new endpoints, I look at the documentation to see the required plugins. Looking at these docs, it says to install the Product Catalog Advanced application. I couldn't find anything by that name (or other variations), so instead I searched by the namespace and found the Telecommunication Open APIs, but nothing else.

After installing the application, I tried hitting the endpoints but I am met with the same error: 

"Requested URI does not represent any resource". I waited 24 hours and still nothing. 

Other things I've tried:
- Looked at the scripted rest apis table and didn't find anything with the uri
- Looked at the package table and can confirm the telecommunications application is there
- Looked for the tables the api says it interacts with and they aren't there
 
One other thing I looked at was the installation log and the only thing I found weird is that updates for everything is 0, but not sure if that is normal.

how about checking on RestAPI Explorer?
In my PDI, I could find the API you mentioned as below.

FYI,
I installed "Product Catalog Management Core" was installed, but "Product Catalog Advanced" was not.
