Good evening,
I have some questions regarding the types of applications that can be implemented in ServiceNow with third-party applications. I have been researching the use of Native Rest API, SOAP, Webhook and Integration Hub. My question is which one has a cost or is it already included in the subscription, is there a quota limitation, etc. I wanted to know because I have several initiatives. Currently I have the standard version of ServiceNow. Thank you in advance.

Hi @AndresC
The Native Rest API and SOAP comes with you standard licenses and you can use those without any cost if the system you are integrating with have the required capability.
Integration Hub and Web Hooks are licensable and costs are involved. Integration hub comes with standard licenses and have a transaction limit.
You can visit to All-->Subscription-->Subscription Overview to check on the limits.
