I have been tasked with the use case of populating user data within an interaction when a user calls a Teams support line. I've read where I can use SN Voice in conjunction with MS Teams Phone, but cannot find any explicit documentation for it. Most documentation states it can be done via the generic Teams Integration, but how do I specifically configure the inbound calling capabilities within SN?
