At Servicenow end:

1) Rest APIs : Both Salesforce and ServiceNow support REST API. You can build custom integration using these APIs to exchange data between the two platforms.

2) 3rd Party connector :  you can use external connector like https://www.opshub.com/servicenow-integration/servicenow-integration-salesforce/

 

 

 

At salesforce end:

ServiceNow QuickConnect is a Salesforce native Application. This app has a bi-directional capability to integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow. ServiceNow QuickConnect facilitates Salesforce Users to Sync Data with ServiceNow on a Single Button Click.
