ServiceNow VA bot-to-bot integration. We are trying to integration ServiceNow virtual agent with another BOT as bot-to-bot integration. We have completed setups from both the end (ServiceNow <> XBOT). We tested the integration throughout the week but encountered an issue: we are not receiving the expected response from the ServiceNow VA API endpoint. We tested the SNOW VA API endpoint using both Postman and XBOT integration. We have noticed that while we are receiving responses from the ServiceNow VA, some of them are not as expected. Specifically, we are not seeing the [Specific catalog request] topic or the POC catalog item in the responses.
Has anyone has done bot to bot integrations?
