Simple Integration

Hi everyone,

We want to build a simple integration between our vulnerability management platform and ServiceNow, as some of our customers request this.

What would be the first step towards achieving this? I got pretty lost in the documentation and would love to hear any advice if possible.

I can't get in contact with anyone from the company to figure the things out. The only way is through AI chat bot which is not helpful at all.

This is the most confusing platform I have even experienced in my life. There is no step by step instructions on how to build an integration. The AI bots are not helpful and speaking with a real person at Now Learning is the same. Everything that I click redirects me to another thing. Terrible experience!

ServiceNow has excellent training on Now Learning.

You should also seriously consider hiring someone with experience to help.
