Hi everyone,
We want to build a simple integration between our vulnerability management platform and ServiceNow, as some of our customers request this.
What would be the first step towards achieving this? I got pretty lost in the documentation and would love to hear any advice if possible.
I can't get in contact with anyone from the company to figure the things out. The only way is through AI chat bot which is not helpful at all.

OK, now that I provided more detail, it's still impossible to get help. How about someone let me know who can I speak with about this?
developer@servicenow.com is a fake email address that I got from a support at NowLearning.
I would appreciate someone advise me on how to talk to a real person at ServiceNow? Not chat-bots.

That's not detailed information....the answer to your question...yes it's possible to do both. What you describe for your CMDB is more an import than an integration....and Discovery should be looked at for populating your CMDB. It sounds like you need a ServiceNow partner to help you.
