Using pull method into servicenow
“SuccessFactors is sending data to ServiceNow, and we can see some fields in the payload. However, we need a few additional fields from SuccessFactors that are not appearing in the ServiceNow payload. Is the current method or integration logic restricting these fields? If so, please let me know where we need to update or modify the configuration.”
Need to get extra fields data also in the payload and how to get that do we need to change any changes if yes then in which steps
