here regarding survey in servicenow we had a story where we need to cretae 2 new questions and update 3 existing question labels but in the saved inlfight surveys means before my changes deployed to qa there are few saved survey questions where after deployment the existing questions label is not updated so tester wants me to find the root cause of it

have you made the new changes in the survey designer or asmt_metric (type, definition, ...) tables?

 

Share what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, your question is too abstract ://

 

For survey designer, was it published after you made the changes? Can you compare QA with the lower instance to see if it was moved correctly?

Hi @kulkarnirah 

 

1. : Ensure that the survey was actually Published in the QA instance after your changes were deployed. If the survey is in a draft state, active users will still see the old version.

 

2. Navigate to Assessments > Metric Definition > Metrics, and verify that the updated labels appear correctly on the base metric records
