here regarding survey in servicenow we had a story where we need to cretae 2 new questions and update 3 existing question labels but in the saved inlfight surveys means before my changes deployed to qa there are few saved survey questions where after deployment the existing questions label is not updated so tester wants me to find the root cause of it

For survey designer, was it published after you made the changes? Can you compare QA with the lower instance to see if it was moved correctly?

There was a existing survey so we needed to update 3 existing questions and create a 2 new questions.I needed to change the label of the 3 existing questions and it was viisble in the survey also and in qa also the changes are viisble but there is existing saved inflight record survey where the existing questions label are updated but the dependent question is not getting visible

Like these 2 existing updated questions are dependent on each other and i have not changed the dependent question or its value only change in the label like its a yes/no dropdown .

be cautious, that table doesn't exist,

but if you want to relabel a question in a survey, then navigate to the table [asmt_metric] and find your question that you want to update.

when you changed the question, have you updated both fields (Name, Question)? Or what did you do? 

You shared a non-existing table, could you possibly show me what you did? It's difficult to help you without the visiblity
