here regarding survey in servicenow we had a story where we need to cretae 2 new questions and update 3 existing question labels but in the saved inlfight surveys means before my changes deployed to qa there are few saved survey questions where after deployment the existing questions label is not updated so tester wants me to find the root cause of it

Yes i have relabel the question as well as name .

here when we reopen the existing survey after save then the dependent question is not visible when we select yes for the question and my collaegues cretaed similar surveys but they didnt find any issue

majn problem is we have only 1 saved inflight saved record so need more records retest this thing 

can you pls tell me how to do that

it is not clear what you did and thus impossible to help you.

if you want to check your survey, then there's preview button in the top-right corner:

Also, if you don't see the questions then investigate the dependency ass seen on an example here - the 2nd question is displayed with dependency with value from the 1st one:

Check this on the question that is not displayed correctly - the gear icon and dependency section below.
