I am trying to understand whether Conversational Custom Chat Integration (CCCIF) can be implemented with our current setup.
Current setup:
Glide Virtual Agent plugin is installed
Dependencies include Glide Virtual Agent Lite (com.glide.cs.chatbot.lite)
Virtual Agent works within ServiceNow (topics, actions, NLU, Service Portal / Employee Center)
No separate “Virtual Agent API” plugin is visible.
Requirement:
Integrate a third-party bot with ServiceNow Virtual Agent
Use the approach described in the documentation:

Question:
Is CCCIF supported when the instance has Virtual Agent Lite as part of the dependency chain?
Or does CCCIF require Virtual Agent API plugin, even though the documentation mentions only the Glide Virtual Agent plugin?
