How can I restrict access to specific catalog items to users with a particular role or group.

Define your criteria in the related list below by creating new or adding an existing criteria that satisfies your requirement.

Clicking new you can add roles and groups accordingly and use that criteria for restricting other items.

Hi @Shir Sharvit ,

U can create a user criteria under Available for tab under catalog item record.

While creating mention the appropriate role & groups so that catalog item is visible for only those people.

In order to restrict access for certain audience, we use the concept of User Criteria.

And the same user criteria can be used in Available for/Not available for within catalog item related list for allowing access for certain roles/users/groups and restricting access for certain roles/users/groups respectively.
