In my serviceNow instance I want to automate that when the user raised an incident whose short description contains "access to the portal" then the user automatically added to the active directory group named "MFA_auth" which is present in my active directory. Also the users are already present in both my active directory users list and service-now users list but the users are not added in the group "MFA_auth". How can I achieve this? my active directory already synced with service-now using LDAP or mid-server which I have no idea about but I think it is something related to powershell script and flow designer . Can anyone help me with this ?
