Why Process Automation Designer Cannot Be Leveraged in PDI?

Hi Team,

 

I have a requirement to explore and learn Process Automation Designer. As part of this, I attempted to install the required plugins in my PDI. However, even after installation, I am unable to see the Process Automation Designer option.

 

Is there any limitation or restriction from ServiceNow for using Process Automation Designer in a PDI? If so, could you please suggest the correct or recommended way to learn and practice this functionality?

 

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It's a paid plugin, it's not available on PDI

I can see that it is available in the PDI, but it may have limited functionality. Since it is an automation feature, it might rely on AI/PI in the backend to work fully.
