Add variable to the secondary fields displayed on header in workspace

I have a custom workspace create into custom application and I want to add some fields created date fields beside the category onto the record page of the incident, (in my application it is requested item table),
here is the screenshot , can u pls help over this, along with the fields I also want to add the variables to the secondary fields ., here I am creating a request from portal , and into the requested item I have a variable called number of lines which is present in a variables set and I want to add that variable to the secondary form header how can it be done. I have configured this in UI builder

did you try using the OOTB config for adding fields?
if that doesn't support adding variables then it's not supported.

No I have just added fields such as created , but I want to add the variable that is present in the variable set which is available on the requested item form when a request is created. can u help me with this?
