Adding 'Favorite' widget on Service Portal

Hi,

 

I want to add 'Favorite' widget on the Service portal, but I get the attached errors.

From where and how can I fix this?

Please Check your favorites widget and sn are in Same Application before adding your favorites widget. If your issue resolves, please mark it as helpful and correct.

How exactly can that be done? How can I check whether my favorites and SN are in the same application?
