AES: Template Execution Failure: Could not load payload

Hi community,

 

We get following error message while trying to create an app based on a template:

 

Alert level: critical.

Template Execution Failure Could not load payload (710eb8c247ebce908335269e343d9059): Unable to load the 'sys_translated_text' record due to an existing record containing the same values for the following fields: tablename, fieldname, documentkey, language

 

The error message is pretty straigh forward but practiaclly it's hard to find a solution. 

 

Any input/suggestions are highly appreciated.

Hey Phil, 

 

I'm also having a problem with this error, did you ever find a solution? My immediate guess is that something has gone wrong in generating the new application and it's attempting to use the data from the actual template app, and causing collisions, but not sure.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
