AI search in teams for servicenow

Hi All,

how to enable the AI search in teams, for example if i type create a catalog item for hardware i want the AI to show the related Hard ware catalog request so that i can select and submit,

how can we get this kind of AI enabled and how can we search the catalog items based on the input we type in teams chat .
