Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing the following error when trying to access App Engine Studio on my Personal Developer Instance (PDI) running the Australia release:
"You need a valid App Engine Studio license to continue working."
I found a previous community thread reporting the same issue, where repairing App Engine Studio was suggested as a solution. However, I tried that approach, and the issue still persists.
Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already completed:
Verified that my user has the admin role.
Repaired App Engine Studio (sn_app_eng_studio), version 30.1.2, through Application Manager.
Searched for com.snc.app-engine-studio in the Installed tab of Application Manager, but no results were found.
Despite these steps, I still receive the same license error when opening App Engine Studio.
I've attached screenshots showing the installed application and version, the unsuccessful plugin search, my current PDI role, and the license error.
Could it be related to PDI provisioning, application licensing, or a missing plugin or entitlement?
Since repairing the application did not resolve the issue, I'd appreciate any suggestions for additional troubleshooting steps or guidance on how to access App Engine Studio.
Thanks in advance for your help!
