App Engine Studio missing app_engine_admin role

I installed AES in two instances. Followed the guided configuration to create the groups. On one instance all groups with roles were created. On another instance the app engine admin role is missing. Both instances are on the same release. Anyone have any idea what can be happening?

I would try to "repair" the application and see if that adds the role. If that does fix it, I recommend opening a Support ticket. 
Go to plugins--> search for "App Engine Studio," open the app record, and click on the "Repair application" UI Action.

Hi Miguel! thank you for your reply. We tried to repair the plugin. No success. We've opened a HI ticket with ServiceNow.
