Agent Assist in a Custom Workspace always shows "Table Configuration is Inactive" error

Hello,
If anyone can help me with the below 2 questions-
1. I have created a Custom Workspace via App Engine Studio and now trying to setup Agent Assist for my new workspace.
I have created the Table Configuration for my custom table and the Corresponding Action Assignment and have setup the Sys Id (of the Table configuration) as well in the Component attributes(cxsTableConfig).
But I am still getting the Invalid configuration error. Am I missing doing some configuration?
My instance is in Washington Version.

2. Can these search sources be customized, I would like to remove the ITSM tables and put my custom tables. If so where to do the changes?
Any help would be really appreciated.
