why is my page like this? And some of features like accepting acknowledgement policy is not working. The accept button don't show.

This is the expected page, and it serves as the home page for all users. What exactly are you looking for? I think you might be referring to something in the middle. Could you share more details so I can guide you better?

Yes, the point is that ServiceNow has moved to the Next Experience, where everything—from the interface to the landing page—has been rebranded. The changes make it more user-friendly and compact, which is why you’re not seeing the same pages as before. UI16 is now less commonly used, and the Next Experience is the default across ServiceNow.

The Next Experience UI delivers a next generation, intuitive, personalized experience to drive productivity, improve engagement, and surface insights across the ServiceNow AI Platform. The UI unifies your instance apps and reduces clicks to access the items you need to get working.
