App Engine Studio : Unable to submit application for approval

Hi Team,

I have completed all the steps from guided set up  for setting up pipeline and environment. All these set-up is done in my organization ServiceNow instance. But still I keep getting error as below :


App Engine Studio needs more setup. Ask your admin to check the pipeline configurations for this instance.

 

Please note that I have only 2 environments.

 

Kindly suggest.
