Translation does not work properly on mobile app.

The translation does not work properly on mobile app. The fields in the existing case are properly translated, but the translation for the fields in the 'Create New Case' tab on the input form screen does not work at all when creating a new case. System Localization > Translated Name/Field doesn't work there either.  Is translation limited on the mobile app or am I missing something there?

Both ways sys_documentation>Field Labels and Dictionary Entry>Labels, that described in the link work only in existing cases, not for the new case.

Then it may be a issue or known issue. Did you try with another phone just to check.

Yes, same problem on phones Android/IOS.
