We are experiencing issues with the App instance. The application is not functioning as expected and is blocking normal operations. Requesting investigation and resolution.

Hi @gbanyal ,
What exactly is not working? (UI, form, workflow, Functionality, automation etc.) ?Could you please shares some screenshots or error messages regarding issue ?
Is any recent changes(any configuration or customization, any plugin, any update set) moved  in your instance that issue occurring ?

Is it affecting all users or specific users?

When did it start?

Could you please check system log  -> any error or warning showing related to APP oriented ?
