Approval

I have a select box (Cases or Customer Service Management (CSM)) For CSM- Approval is required from either Rahul or Gaurav ,  i need to add both, and if one is approved, other is no longer required. I have configured it in this way but it not trigerring the approvals

Hi @vikaskumarc 

 

In your backend flow/ workflow (which is for the approval), you must ensure the approval activity is configured to "Anyone Approves"

fyi. KB0688423 Approvals are not set to "no longer required"
