Auto save record

We’ve developed a custom app where users enter form details. However, if they forget to save the changes within the 30-minute session inactivity period, all the modifications are lost. Could you please advise on how to automatically save the form when users make changes?

This is not supported out of box and would need extreme customization to make it available. I would recommend training the users or stakeholders and explain the usability rather than creating a customization that would create unnecessary technical debt and impact performance of the instance.

there is nothing OOTB available for this.

you can design a custom solution but it will involve customization and technical debt. I don't recommend that.

if you still require then check below link and see if that works for you
