Automatically display the survey screen

Hi, all

I am currently creating a custom table.
I would like to collect feedback from end-users about this custom table using a survey.
Is there a way to automatically display the survey screen after a new record in the custom table has been created?
I want to avoid notifying them about the survey via email.

that's not the purpose of Survey in ServiceNow

Surveys are usually sent to collect feedback on how agents resolved/worked on the Incident, Case etc and if they were satisfied or not

Why ask questions/feedback from end-users about a custom table?

End user is really not concerned about any table, they simply raise request/tickets and agents work on fulfulling or resolving that.

The purpose of using surveys to gather actionable feedback, measure customer satisfaction (CSAT), and identify areas for improvement in IT service management.

These surveys help track performance metrics, such as how quickly and effectively an IT agent resolved a ticket
