I’m exploring how custom ServiceNow apps can streamline digital marketing services workflows. For example, automating campaign approvals, tracking content tasks, or integrating analytics data into dashboards.

Hi @digitalgeek,

 

in ServiceNow you can support pretty much any kind of services. The real challenge will be to design what it's really needed.

 

To support your own employees, you use ITSM, to support external ones you go with CSM, to track any of your assets you go with HAM and SAM (or ITAm in general). To know more about the configurations and relations you take CMDB... etc etc :))

 

So it will really depend on what you expect from ServiceNow and based on that you can think of the details..
