Unable to access Mobile app builder application. It says unauthorized access even though I have admin access in the instance. I checked the plugins related to mobile builder are active. The role for the mobile builder application - "delegated developer" is also present still cant access the application.

Is this for PDI or customer instance?
If PDI then did you logout and login again? clear instance cache using cache.do

Its customer instance. I already tried clearing cache and all repaired plugins but nothing worked so far.

Hi @Alia Try repairing or updating the plugin, and then run cache.do
to clear the cache.
