whenever a cab manager is approving a change request the approval notification is triggering twice in the meeting notes and I checked every business rule and client scripts associated with it and all of them are OOB .kindly help me to solve this issue and thanks in advance
Without knowing the exact requirement I think the error is in the first trigger Meeting.state = In Progress I had the same problem, just in a different context. My survey assessments were triggered twice because I had the trigger "State = Resolved". I changed the trigger to State "changes to" Resolved, then it worked. I would suggest you try it in a similar way.
