Custom notifications that I ahve created is working on native when I add additional comments on native on RITM but from workspace if I add comments under compose section ON RITM it is not triggering,  I want the notification to be triggered from native as well as from workspace need help on this

when you say custom notification, how is this triggered? Via a business rule you've implemented?

It is triggered when a record is updated with comments

But is this via a business rule, flow, an existing event? The mechanism being used may indicate why this isn't working. If you can provide more detail on what you have implemented we can help
