Hi @MAGAPUV

It’s not SNOW, it’s SN or ServiceNow..

Caller Access in ServiceNow

Caller Access determines what information a user (the “caller”) can see or modify in a record. This is commonly applied in modules like Incidents, Service Requests, or Cases. It ensures that sensitive data is protected and only relevant users can interact with a record.

Hi @MAGAPUV ,

"Caller access" in reference of CAD-

It refers to cross-scope access permissions, managed through the Restricted Caller Access feature.  It defines which external applications or scripts can access your custom application's data and functionality.

It means that if you have created your custom application  in one Scope (ex:- X) then which all other external applications (outside of this scope X) will be able to access data and functionality of your custom aplication.

Hope my answer clarifies your doubt. if yes, please mark it- solution accepted.
