Can someone help me how to pause the OLA created on HR Task table?

I'm creating OLA for HR tasks, but not able to configure correct pause condition.

 

Please someone help me understanding which field should I use on OOB HR Task table.

 

Also, put some insights on Suspend Request field available OOB on HR Task Table.
