Can't able to create the ATF step for opening a order guide

Wednesday

While running the ATF step “Open an Order Guide (SP)”, the Order Guide dropdown is empty and no order guides are available for selection.

But, ideally there are two records

Any solution for this fixes?

Looks like a platform bug
