Can we create similar functionality as of "guided tour"

Hi Everyone,

Suppose I have created a guided tour in my instance, it is working as usual but I do not that guided tour should start by clicking on that particular guided tour...rather than that it should work when I click on the  UI action which I have configured in the service portal.

Can this feasibility is available in ServiceNow.
