Catalog Item won't be searchable for catalog item owner on Service Portal if item is associated with

Hi Everyone,

- There is catalog item which name is  "Additional Software" it is visible on portal but the same Catalog Item won't be searchable for catalog item owner on Service Portal if item is associated with "Software" Categories under Portal Catalogs. but when i change the category from "Software" to "Can We Help You?" it is working fine.

 

-This issue happened for catalog item owner not for admin user. 

 

-Can someone help to resolve this issue and please find attached screenshot?

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG  - Yes, user able to see this item via normal navigation in portal. but not able to find out in searchable in search bar.

It is tough to say what is wrong here, it might be to create a new test item with the same users as the owner and test with the above scenarios.
