I have a requirement for the below one , pls suggest me step by step process as i new to change /Servicenow.
Sd: Configure CAB
Desc: As the Change Management Process Owner, I would like the CAB Workbench configured, so that the full functionality of the tool can be utilized by CAB participants.
AC: I know that this is complete when I can configure and run CAB meetings using the Change Advisory Board
