Hi experts, I'm working with Automated Test Framework (ATF), trying to build automated test for our custom application.
I've stepped into this issue where the step "Set Component Values (Custom UI)" is not retrieving the component's values. I found this KB article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0755252 where it explains a workaround using script, but I'm unsure on how to implement it.
Any ideas on how I could use this workaround to effectively use "Set Component Values (Custom UI)"?
