create a simple form where users can enter data

Hi

I need to create a simple form where users can enter data.  The form need about 24 fields and allows inputs to be saved to a table.

Hi @rtwilkins3 ,

When you open the list of that particular table. Click on new if it doesn't have any records, else open the record. Right-click on header and go to Configure -> form layout and it will show like the below.

You can type the name and click add. it will automatically create the field.
