Custom Workspace List not loading. error "No list available"

i am working on a custom workspace but when i impersonate a non admin user with custom role ex: dia_admin , i get this.

i have configured the audience and applicability as follows:

this is the list view i need.

Have you also added the list applicability to the lists you created? You can open up your workspace, but if the lists aren't shared with the role, no lists will show up.

hey, yes i have configured the list applicability and shared the screenshot in my question above. Our instance was cloned and after moving my update set back to DEV ,now the audience and applicability work correctly.
