How to validate start date time and end date time..in serviceNow is there any OOTB feature provided..in the instance..

You can use the UI policy for same, but no OOTB way there or pre configuration.

We have to configure the validation by Creating UI Policy or Client Script.
This can be easily done with No code UI Policy, Refer Below Link for example.
